Fall Wreath

My newest project, my fall wreath.  I like the way it turned out! I think next time I may make it a little bit larger :-)

Organization project from last week- cleaning supplies

So last week I just organized my cleaning supplies- bought a couple of dollar store baskets and used hooks to hang my towels/gloves on. :-) Much easier to access everything now!

Week of 10/7/2- organization project- the class cabinet

Nothing special with this project. Just got rid of a bunch of old mismatched glasses :-)

My organization project from 2 weeks ago

So here is the picture of my project from 2 weeks ago. I just organzied our random kitchen cabinet/plastic bags/aluminum foil, etc.  I got the idea from Pinterest to use a magazine holder to organize aluminum foil/saran wrap/etc.  I think this works well, much more effective than everything lying flat :-)

More Organizing- the junk drawer

So here is my organization project from this week. My project from last week is not quite finished yet as I am tried to find one more item to complete it.  I am so happy that our junk drawer is clean! I just used dollar store baskets and sorted everything out- pens, keys, random stuff.  It is so much more accessible now!

Craft Pumpkins

Although I finished these last week I forgot to post them! These are my cute craft pumpkins. I used craft pumkins from Micheal's, spray painted them back, traced out the patterns, and the attached the foam using super glue/pins.  I think they are a nice addition to the front porch!

My Halloween Centerpiece

So I made my centerpeice, I got the idea from Pinterest but modified it.  I used a tray I bought at Micheals and filled it with candy corn. I then took candles I already had and hot glued plastic spiders to them(they were rings and I just took off the back)

Organizing the bathroom

So my new goal is one organizing project a week.  I have decided to to this because I do feel like our home needs some organzation!! But I don't want it to rule all my time & I don't want to get overwhelmed with doing it.  So this week I worked on our master bathroom.  I organized my drawer and under the sink with a few baskets that I already had and a couple of new ones from the dollar store. I put everything I use daily in the basket up front under the sink and all the other stuff towards the back. :-)

Halloween- Spooky Vase

So another craft idea today, partially from Pinterest.  I used a dollar store vase with black flowers with spiders on them from the dollar store.  I then bought Halloween ribbon to tie on the front and put orange marbles and some orange mesh I already had in the vast. It could approximately $11 to make this & I think it is quite cute!!

Halloween- Pumpkin Wreath

Ahhhhh it is that time of the year!! Fall which means lots of fun decorating and crafts!! This is the 1st year in a LONG time that I have actually had time for crafts.   my 1st project is a wreath, it is no masterpiece but I think it's cute for my 1st attempt. It is a mesh pumpkin wreath :-)
